Applicants are asked to submit a Letter of Introduction no longer than two pages in length. This letter should describe the nature of the organization's work, the proposed project or funding need, and the amount requested. The letter should include the following attachments:

• The most recent year’s financial statement;
• The current year’s organizational budget;
• The proposed project budget; and,
• A copy of the applicant’s tax exempt letter from the IRS
